It is hard to get the passport in the Uk, so you made the right decision. But do not expect to see helpful people as in the UK. I remember for example in ASDA I wanted something and the employee took me to it although it was far away. In here is so different. You will find helpful people in Canada only in American brand companies such as sears and Costco.
I dont believe in the conclusion :-
that all the helpful people live in UK and/or work for USA based companies and none is in Canada.

Few days of stay in Canada and drawing up big conclusion, these sweeping statements are quite surprising. I fail to understand the purpose of this thread. I wonder when just 3-4 lines are more than enough so what contains in those 2 pages??.
