I have decided to go home and see hubby for a few days 7 months is so long to be apart, I can't wait.

Your lawyer is correct, it is up to KG to decide whether you should re-do the medical. Since it is expired, and PRs are required to have a valid medical examination as a requirement of landing, I would be extremely suprised if he was not asked to re-do it, but then again they have requested his PP, and he would need to take it to the DMP with him.

Nothing to do but wait and see what comes.

Good luck getting anywhere with that.

Why don't you send them a fax? If you have a copy of the medical form for yourself, include a cover letter with sponsor and applicant names, applicant DOB, and file number if you have it. Point out that you are extremely happy they have requested your husband's PP, (it never hurts to butter someone up before you point out something they might have overlooked) but you would like to ask if he should re-do his medical since it is expired, or if he should await further instructions from them. Close with both of your contact details. If nothing else, they might contact him again and give him some further information on why they requested his PP if the medical is expired.

Charlie, the Mrs is doing awesome, thanks for asking. Grabbed a load of firewood last weekend and she tells me she can't wait for the snow to fall. Christ, it's still august. Anyway she has really settled in and made a lot of new friends. Took some of my crew out for chinese last night and she gained a few more clients so a win, win. Headed back to JA for new years for a little sunshine fix, a few wray & nephews and maybe a red stripe. I ordered some at our local liquor store but something about sitting under the pear tree that changes the flavour.You're right about the impatience this time last year, about the same as most are feeling right now, but, it is only a distant memory now as it will be for you guys. Right in the middle of lovemaking, the husband dies of a heart attack. As the funeral arrangements are being made, the mortician informs the widow that he cannot get rid of her dead husband's rigor mortis hard-on which is sticking straight up in the air and if they don't do something, it will look odd in the coffin at the funeral.

The widow tells the guy to cut it off and stick it up her dear departed's behind. The mortician can't believe his ears but the widow is adamant, so he does it. During the funeral, friends and relatives of the dead man were concerned to see a tear in the corner of his eye, but the widow assured them that there was no cause to be alarmed.

Im playing nanny for the weekend i have three kids for the weekend, hopefully the weather co-operates and we can have pool days! School starts tomorrow for my daughter.. GRADE 12! very exciting!!!

Hooray Irving!! Update post for you coming up next!

I am going to be doing a lot of reading this weekend, haha. An old friend came to visit a couple days ago, and she remembered my love of books and brought with her the new Jason Bourne novels written by Eric Lustbader for me. I am in reading heaven, LOL.
