File transfer is the date when ur file was transferred from Mississauga to Kingston. Mississauga does the sponsor approval then sends ur file to Kingston for processing.

Is it only Kingston that does the 24hour one? I know I am usually one of the people that HAS the answers, but I'm so flustered! lol

OMG Ninirae that is FABULOUS news!!!

I am fairly certain that it is only Kingston that does the 1 day service. MoBay has the 5 (or 7) day express or else it is is 21 days.

Yes the next day service is only available in Kingston at duke street for $8000

Hubby Called DHL and they said that the package is to be picked up April 3rd So we should know by the end of the week!!!!! ;D

My notes show that in Mobay it is 6000 for express (5 days) or 3000 for regular (21 days) and have a side note that says "8000 kgn next day". Hope that helps.

I spoke with immigration today about sending additional information after the application has been submitted. I was told that if I had included everything in my original submission, ie. marriage certificate, pictures, cards, phone records etc. then please do not send anything else unless requested. I was told emphatically no. This is an interruption to the processing procedure.

So now, do I send in the latest report of my sons deteriorated issues, or do I leave it alone and hope that the file gets addressed soon, or does that look like its not as serious as it is? Do they even care is probably more the question of the day.
