thanks ladies for all your well wishes... i was crying as I was reading them... I am sooooooo happy and all over the place... in a few hours my hubby will be here soon.. I love my hubby sooo much and the day that i have been waiting for is finally here.. i will keep you all updated... and promise to keep in touch

kc, #1 you are no where near mid life, my god, I think I am about to see it soon though. 30 is an awesome year, you have the experience to avoid the potential pitfalls but the youth to go for it anyway. Hubby with you and will protect you so just go 'getter done' eh!!

hey all...

just got in from the "sports extravaganza" at my kids school... there were like 6 schools competeing at the kindergarden (k1(3-4yrs) to grade 1 (6-7yrs)) level... too frickin cute! pictures coming to my facebook page momentarily

exhausted tho, so forgive the lack of personals...

just wanted to let ya know that i got an email from air jamaica (not sure if anyone else signed up for their updates)... they are flights from kingston to pearson one way (until june i think) at like 149 (plus tax)... finding flight that low from kingston is rare... if you trust them enough to book (seeing is they are in the process of transitioning ownership), then the deal is a nice one - i'm going to post the exact details to the fb page

Faith --- I know you've waited a LONG LONG time for this special day...and I'm so happy for you and your hubby and your little boy that today has finally arrived --- yippee!!! So so deserved ;D

Helpme --- glad things wrapped up quickly for you and know you must be in your glory today.

I know more good news will keep coming ladies and gents...keep your faith strong. As I was just saying to my husband this morning...as tough and long as this wait is for many, the best part is that the wait eventually DOES come to an end. Believe it ladies and gents. As part of the 14 month-to-process clan I get to speak from living the long wait...and the feelings of frustration and hopelessness leave you instantly when your know your loved one is on their way home to you.

Maple - glad to see you're staying strong and positive...If they gave out and 'Oscar' like equivalent for Immigration Spouses - you would get my vote

Well...my story has been reduced to something like kiddies at christmas...counting down the sleeps...5 more sleeps until I welcome hubby back to Canada FOREVER on St.Patty's Day.

LOL...okay early life revamp.... i dont want people to think im tarnished by any means.. i love my life and am happy as can be... i am just trying to get a big bonus at work and trying to stay in the real world vs the "on-line" world a little more.......... we all goes threw these fazes... i still cant stop myself from posting... lol so im not off to a good start.... i guess 3 times today isnt bad compared to the usual 15 lol!

Jammy change it up yes.... LOL... cant wait to see the new and improved list.. !

Canuck... i hope 30's is a great decade for me... 20's were a flippin blast... no regrets... 30 i hope will see more money and some pickney and my first purchase of a house in Canada...

I ciunted from date the sponsorship was filed.

Wish I could answer that question but im the one in jamaica and I am trying to get hubby to come here when its my time to fly, never been on a plane before. Yes people im scared of the big ol plane...lol

kmc.... hubby and i (and the 3 kids) are all flying back together... we're looking to head back in april (but might be may now), after the kids have finished their school term (ends in easter) and airfares are back to only small fortunes rather than large ones...

opps... baby is up, i'll come back later... have a good saturday all... we're planning to head to little ochi this weekend excited, love lobster from there

good morning family!!!

What an emotional day yesterday! ouf..I just read all your posts and am truly touched thank you everyone for your support!

Hubby landed safely at 1AM this morning! He had a great flight and no problems with immigration at all,he was in and out very quickly He made it to his connection flight with no problem and at 1am we were hugging and kissing at the airport...ouf...so emotional..as soon as they opened the doors at the terminal to start letting people off the plane I started to shake and cry and I could not hear or see anything else going around me I was just staring at that door until I heard my friend Barb (she was videotaping) say there he is and I went into the ugly cries lol...we hugged so tight and it was the most amazing moment...I'm glad my friend taped it because it's kind of a blur lol...my other friend Chantal was taking pictures for me and my parents and one of my aunts were holding up a welcome home banner..it was great...he had the biggest smile on his face...what a relief to have him here safe and sound... I cannot wait for all of you to experience that exact moment...!! Alright well we are off to visit family!

Faith, hope the landing went well..was your hubby on aircanada too?? hubby said there was someone else on his flight that went thru the same process as him so was not sure if it was him or not..

kmc, yes 5 months! I am very fortunate, I started counting from the date that was on our AOR letter....
