If your husband turned himself to immigration and followed his orders to an officer weekly before his flight which you have to pay for he should be fine. As well he can't have any criminal record in jamaica or Canada. He then would need to follow up in canada at the airport with immigration to sign a waiver form indicating he is leaving the country and can't return to canada for 1 year if coming back on the farm workers program. Immigration and the lawyer stated an arc would be asked for before rprf. Sponsorship applications are looked at and decided individually if an arc is needed depending on the case.
