A little heads up forum be careful who you meet in person you never know what kind of vibes a person can throw at you. Keep it 100 and don't let anyone discourage you throughout this process. Think postive and let God guide you through. Haters will always be there but I know and God knows my hubby is coming home with me soon. 1. Departure Order (form number IMM 5238)
a) If you received a Departure Order and

•left Canada within the required 30 days and
•verified your departure with a Canadian immigration officer at the port of exit
you do not need an ARC. You may return to Canada subject to normal examination at the port of entry.

b) If you left the country without verifying your departure, or more than 30 days after the Departure Order was issued, the Departure Order automatically becomes a Deportation Order and you need to apply for an ARC (see point 3 below).

2. Exclusion Order (form number IMM 1214B)
a) If you were issued an Exclusion Order and

•12 months have passed since you left Canada and
•you have a Certificate of Departure (IMM 0056B) showing the date you left Canada
you do not need an ARC. You may return to Canada subject to normal examination at the port of entry.

b) If you wish to return to Canada less than 12 months after the Exclusion Order was issued, or do not have a Certificate of Departure, you need to apply for an ARC.

3. Deportation Order (form number IMM 5238B)
If you have been the subject of a Deportation Order you will need to apply for an ARC.

Note: A Direction to Leave Canada (form number IMM1217B) is not a removal order. If you have been the subject of a Direction to Leave Canada, you do not need to apply for an ARC. You may return to Canada subject to normal examination at the port of entry.

Well clearly you love the drama and disappointed there is not much movement on your ends you have to consider you sponsoring his kids expect delays. Every situation is handled different you can't tell me if my husband needs an arc only kingston can. I have gotten messages from individuals who have gone through arc and some who were never asked for an ARC so it's a 50/50 chance.

Furthermore, your husband is a liar he is the one who called my husband from a different number not my husband calling him. My husband didn't like his vibes from day 1 and never called him your husband was ringing my man talking about some car accident then started saying my husband needs an arc and that his interview was waived. You must of told your husband that our interview was waived. As far as money is concerned I take care of my husband making sure he eats good food not no chicken back, clothed and a good home to stay at. It's not my problem 100 is not no money to live in jamaica. Do me a favour and tell your man not to call him I don't need badmind people in my life. Be bless

Yes my situation is different and no i am not disappointed, I am frustrated but I got the call for my RPF two months ago......and am still sitting here waiting to hear back from them so since you got the call for your RPF and think your hubby is coming home the next day well that is up to you....there is a reason we all made the spreadsheet....it was so others could see what the timelines are for other people and that is all I was trying to tell you........look at anyone on the sheet that they ask for the RPF it is approximately two months later that you will hear from Kingston again.

Your hubby was illegal in Canada for 5 years trying to pay other women to file for him -NOT MINE! he was here on refugee for 3 1/2 years after his daughter was gunned down and killed by gunmen in JA

truly i am sorry but I was just trying to tell you what to expect, not what was going to happen! We all know that Kingston changes things all the time so yes your hubby could be home before mine, it wouldn't surprise me a bit! But take all advice with a grain of sand......we are all here to help and support each other, that is all i have been trying to do for you is to tell you how most peoples go so that you won't be disappointed when the time comes and then wonder why no one ever told you that.

Oh yes SweetieQ. Such an awfully good feeling. I just wish there will be more green highlights and then I'll be even super happy for those persons too. But don't worry, everyone's time will come and some are just around the corner. I never expected mine yesterday so was very surprised but I give God all the thanks and glory as only He alone can get my praises.
