My sponsors side still says in process and he has Been approved from may 2015

Mine too, both sponsorship and PR side says in process. I won my appeal in October 2015 so I don't know if they are treating it as a new application from there on, either way though it should have been DM. I am confused lol.

I am waiting impatiently. Lol. They did reply to my email this morning saying they know they are late, like your email. Hoping by the end of the day or i might break my refresh button lol

Have you received your notes yet? It will say in there whether they have received it or not, so when they come in just double check and make sure. Ecas isn't very reliable so I would definitely wait until your notes come in and you'll get a better idea of what's going on hahaha

I'm wondering if someone can help me. I am trying to pay my fees online, however, there is something that I do not understand and I want to make sure I'm doing it correctly. I'm doing spousal sponsorship for my hubby in Jamaica, and his two children.

I called the CIC call centre and they would not help me, they were trying to direct me to various webpages and forms which I have already read :'( And when I told them I have read all information available online and in the guides, but I just have one simple question - "what is a transitional provision?", he told me they do not offer consulting services! How frustrating.

I just need some clarification, please!

The issue is this: I need to include 2 children, which I know is $150 per child. However, there are two options that are EXACTLY the same except for the phrase "Fee subject to a transitional provision" - what does that mean?

A family member of the principal applicant who is under 19 years of age and is not a spouse or common-law partner or A family member of the principle applicant who is 19 years of age or older who has been unable to be financially self-supporting since before the age of 19 due to a physical or mental condition $150.00

Fee subject to a transitional provision - Family member of the principal applicant who is under 22 years of age, unmarried and not in a common-law relationship OR is 22 years of age or older who is unable to be financially self-supporting due to physical or mental condition $150.00

The 30 days aren't guaranteed, they give that disclourse when you submit that if they're getting a large number of requests it maybe delayed which sucks because 30 days is already long enough, I guess I have I should be expecting a longer wait as well lol

I noticed that as well. Its been a week overdue now so I guess I am just at their mercy

I just got a call from my rep which scared the *censored word* out of me saying that our entire application has been sent back lol but i'm pretty sure that it's the GCMS notes which when i ordered i accidentally ordered physical file instead of electronic, she's now saying that she doesn't see any notes just all our pics etc etc, I thought the notes would have been included in there as well, anyone has any experience with this???? I really hate to have to submit again and have to wait another 30 days

Oh my....I would go to down to see my rep ASAP if I were you just to make sure nothing went wrong with ur app. It's odd that they sent your whole app back....

I'm gonna go pick up the package after work but since I did order the physical file and it was ordered on March 14th i'm sure that's all it is, the file is already in Kingston if not then i would have been worried, kinda surprised that i've gotten it and there are others who are still waiting for electronic notes

True! i hope that all it is! not much makes sense with the process lol!!! I hope they speed up the electronic ones mine are due next week.
