OMG!!!!!!!!! HUBBY GOT BACK THE PASSPORT WITH THE VISA + COPR!!!

Fedex delievered the package directly to his house...called him and said that he's got a package for him and he stopped literally right in front of his house to deliver the package (not sure if that happens in town but it definitely doesn't happen in Clarendon!)

GAHHHHHH we're in the planning stages planning a date for him to come home to me because i'm currently out of country on a work trip....GAHHHHHHHHHH!!!
congrats wish you all the best in you endeavors

i did hers as well so i will sign that part, so everything in one envelop?
what about addition answers for various question where i put those?

You can put it all in one envelope and just clip each section together to keep it organized, or you can put it in three separate but clearly labelled envelopes and then put all three of those in one package for her to send out. I really don't know what they do with the packages once they open them and if it makes any difference or not if you send it all in one envelope or divide it into three, I think as long as it is organized and clear that you have included all the necessary forms and documents you should be ok.

For any forms where we couldn't fit our answers in the space provided, we attached the additional sheets to the back of the corresponding form with a paperclip, and then wrote something like 'please see attached sheet' in the space they provided so they knew the answer would be on another page. Just make sure you clearly label on any additional sheets which form and question you are referring to, and it's also a good idea to include your name and date of birth on any additional sheets in case they get separated from the form they are attached to.

she was adopted she send adoption certificate as well?

I'm not certain about the adoption part but I don't think it would hurt to send a copy of it in attached to the rest of her sponsorship forms and identification. It might not be necessary though, I'm definitely not an expert so maybe someone else might be able to give you more solid advice on that!

Thanks!! Yes, well my husband's mother and brother were really sick during this time and when we finally saw it we had a few days to get everything together and it wasn't feasible before the deadline. My husband's brother later passed away and there was no way he could leave the family at that time. I emailed POS and asked for an extension and they responded with a new PPR a few months later.

Im very sorry to hear about your brother in law's passing. Thats very sad, but at least you will be together now :)
How did they notify you? Did you get a call or email or letter for PPR? Im not sure how I will be notified and dont want to miss a phone call!

They emailed both times we didn't receive any calls throughout the whole process.

It is so funny how the process is not standardized between different embassy's. Kingston called us both times to request the passport and to advice when the permanent resident visa was approved (passport being sent back).

Yeah its very frustrating how the whole process is not the same for each person, at least that would be more uniform and helpful to others as to how things happen, and we could know what to expect.
