eCas updated for me this morning only to say medicals received, but I knew this already... heart skipped a beat seeing an extra line added to the info page but then i saw it was only info that i already knew.....

OMG!!!!!!!!! HUBBY GOT BACK THE PASSPORT WITH THE VISA + COPR!!!

Fedex delievered the package directly to his house...called him and said that he's got a package for him and he stopped literally right in front of his house to deliver the package (not sure if that happens in town but it definitely doesn't happen in Clarendon!)

GAHHHHHH we're in the planning stages planning a date for him to come home to me because i'm currently out of country on a work trip....GAHHHHHHHHHH!!!

this is some bullsh*t am in process 17 months may 21 makes 18 months, status change to inprocess December 18 2014 and nothing file got transfer to port of spain I thought it Be better but its for the f***king worst, they ask for rcmp check and receive it a month now and the f****king asses just sitting on my papers and using it to wipe there nasty ass

am so frustrated and boiling to the top, am at the point to tell my husband to withdraw the process get his money back and start his life in Canada cause this is not worth it or he move to Jamaica and come live with me

this is not fair to no human at all, I email the assholes asking whats next and no reply what an insult I have no more patient for this sh*t

Canadian immigration is dumb all there rules laws and workers are dumb, look at the states they have so many country want to blow them away and there immi process takes like 6 months why Canada have to be over the top with there's/ for heaven sake its people life they playing with and they have us as a game

Yes exactly as I mentionned in my previous comment, it is not all the VO who update ECAS. We cant trust this ! So maybe you will see In Process or maybe you will see only Decision Made when they will be ready to return the passport with the shiny visa !! Or maybe you will only see the best status ever which is : 5.You entered Canada at the______International Airport office on ________, 201__ and became a Permanent Resident!

Hi MelJAm, I am back from JA now. Our passport was received by POS on May 5th. On-line status as now been updated to "in process since April 29th".

We used FedEx to ship our passport and included a pre paid waybill along with a return envelope. Done! Now we wait. Hopefully we will get the visa back within a month. That's my hope.

To all: FedEx has been a breeze to deal with. It's important to deal with them especially if your file is in POS. I also recommend opening an account with them. Just call their 800 number listed on their website. It will take you a couple of minutes. You will need to give them a credit card number and that's it. The rates are also better when you have an account with them.

We finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.....

Hi bullsbelle why did you need an interview?? I'm also fit up with this whole process already as well since square one my file has been screwed up .. I submitted my application and missisauga can't find it..now I'm sending a new one in .. plus I've been having bad thoughts about my husband getting approved too come back like the age difference, his exclusion order, refused refugee claim everything goes through my head all day all night I can't stand this Shit much longer.. you would think after 8 years together it shouldn't take long lol who am I kidding . But you can't give up on the one you love that's for sure but it takes a big part of your life too get through it all and true love for sure...

I emailed Kingston an hour ago and asked if my file was being worked on yet or not, since they dont like to update eCas for months... and they emailed me back a few mins ago to say its in queue to be reviewed. What does that mean? Im going to have to wait another year or so? You see, i knew i felt the false hope of them working quickly there. What a disappointment.
