I sent an e-mail and got the notes 2 days later. Your request would not be "lost" per se, in the POS shuffle, but perhaps delayed a bit.......just speculating. If I recall correctly the ATIP folks do have a disclaimer saying that sometimes they are delayed in receiving the info. due to circumstances outside of their control or something along those lines. I have not read of anyone's notes being late more than a week or so.......not to say it could not happen, I just do not recall anyone waiting that long. For e-mail copies anyways, not sure about snail mail. Blessings.
