The strike was already officially over but this is proof that Harper isn't going back on his word. Now all that's left is for both sides to seal the deal and sign the agreement. ;D

Exactly! They should have offices dedicated to certain APP types, and when they are slow, they can take a few extra cases from different divisions.

Hopefully they're updating everyone's status!!!!

I let them know when we did our last medical and asked if we needed another this was at 10 pm Canada time
The next morning at 8 am they contacted my husband and told him no medical was needed just bring in his passport
So he had it deliverd to the embassy by dhl today !!!!

Kingston is finally waking up and starting to process. Putting it out in the universe that we have some 2012 applicants who have been extremely patient, and some husbands who have endured a lot, who need to be called monday morning (monday afternoon at the latest) so that they can be home with their families for christmas!

This is great news! hopefully the Passports are back to their regular week or 2 to get back and hubby will be home for Christmas.
