WOF that is the most bullshit reason to deny someone!!!! I am a nurse and %70 patients barely know their medications or own diagnosis some people have had urgeries and can't even tell me if an organ was removed!!! I am so annoyed at the process and the fact that because of one or two questions you get to decided upon someone's 11year relationship. Even if the spouse is using someone for money or status it happens in Canada all time I think it is up to the person to figure it out or maybe they have and are ok with it. Immigration should just be checking that they are not sending criminals into our country and leave it at that.

Waitingforever, I am so sorry to about your sponsorship application. Saskia, you and were waiting for our passport to be return and the way how they took so long to return it I thought that your hubby got his visa. I don't understand these people why would they keep your passport for so long if they had no intention of giving you the visa. So much time wasted. Trust in God and have faith and remember our father has the last say. Everything is going to be ok. The vo probably didn't have any good reason and just made up things because I sent my hubby money every month and I also topped up his phone from time to time. I really don't understand. Thank you everyone for the wishes and prayers I am home safe. Honestly this time I am feeling good or is it because I am counting down 6 more weeks till hubby comes home. My flight arrived in Toronto at 730. Got home and unpacked.

Hubby is sad and lonely I am as well miss the cuddles and being able to go to bed each night together. Well he has the laptop so he will be reading the forum. Hoping he will come out and talk more. The 6 weeks is what is keeping me going. Talk about cold I have to go buy a jacket tomorrow. I feel like I'm just new to canada lol.

WOF I am so disgusted with the outcome like really a third world country will remember such terminology and medications. My husband hasn't worked since he went back he went to school full time. I support him a 100%, we have a joint account, I top up his phone I sometimes call, we buy each other cards and I pay the bills. Is he using me for my money? No he is not in the right place to support himself. Kingston needs to wake up nd smell the coffee. Like really I am so upset.

Sorry to hear what happened to you and your husband WaitingonForever.. I haven't been apart of this forum long at all.. but i feel so upset that they would deny you 1)based on those reasons and 2) the length of time you have been together... I find it hard to believe two people would fake a relationship for that long it's just silly.. Hopefully the appeal process isn't long.. I haven't read much about it! Stay strong

I just want to point something out yesterday hubby and I went to pick up his police clearance. At the bottom in fine print it says it's only valid for 9 months. We are more than ready for the PPR call police clearance is pack hopefully we don't have to redo the medical.
