I asked him if he wanted to come down and he said, "fi wah"...lol my hubby is so funny. He would never tell me that he's scared, but I know he is. He's gonna come for sure, but its just hard for him to say goodbye.
He already knows that I will be here for him. The problem is that he's leaving what he knows. He has no family here in Canada.

The way I worded it to my husband was.
" I'm going to come down and bring you home. I want to be able to share this experience with you"
So far it has worked

Chickie do you know when your BFD is? A few pages back you said something that makes alot of sense. I think it was about requesting docs and bring forward dates being 30, 60 days after they request docs

On sept 11, I got RPRF request and on October 11 I got PPR request. So 30 days after to be exact.

Probably you can use that rule to figure out your BFD/PPR date

he there sis.......a friend of mines told me that most time when immigration contact someone for anything. most of the time it take them 30 days to get back in touch with that person......when they request something they always say you have to get it in before 30 days...

BFD=Oct 13th according to my notes and that was the end of our 60 days as ARC was requested (actually letter was dated Aug 14th) we received it Aug 30th. In the letter it also said that everything had to be received by Oct 13th or our application would be considered withdrawn. Hoping we hear something this week......please please pick up our file Kingston!

Chickie did you get any kind of confirmation of receipt from them? Cannot remember.....maybe it would not hurt to send a CSE to them just stating the above and confirming you have done everything they have requested. C'mon Kingston, get it together!!

everytime Kingston has requested something from us, they gave us 60 days each time.......March they asked for RPRF and it was 60 days with a BFD of May didn't hear from them again until August for the ARC payment with a BFD of October

we didn't get a confirmation so I did email them today and stated that the 60 days are up and wondering where we go from here and to let us know if they received it for sure! Not expecting an answer back because they never answer me! LOL
