Hello To All,
I am new to this forum. I have been reading for awhile however, I have finally decided to join as I am applying for my sponsorship papers end of August.
Is there any advice in regards to filling out the application?
What is a sufficient about of evdience/proof of relationship?
Hello KTluv how are you doing....... welcome to our little family here........first off, filling out the application is not that hard... most of it is self explanitary. just read the guide first before you start to fill out the application and make sure you tell the truth on the application also.....when you finish filling out the application make a copy for you and your spouse to keep.. if there is an interview requested. they will ask the applicant questions from the application so it go to remember what you wrote..
For the evidence try and provide them with proof of your relationship before marriage like when you first met during marriage and after marriage....the main thing they are trying to avoid fraud marriage just for a person to get there stay in Canada. send the like pics of you together with your spouse, western union receipt, pic of wedding, card, airline tickets, stamp in passport, phone records, emails, etc. things like that help prove your case to the immigration officers to grand you or your spouse the visa for residency... I hope this help you out but there is a lot of free lawyers here can can answer your question or give you some good advice when you need it...
