So my husband went today n dropped off the additional document this time he was told that they are now doing their final checks i think its a gud look but who knows kingston is sumn else

if what he is saying is so true...that good but they really need to speed up the process alot more....i hope they are working towards that...they always say action speaks louder than words....so come on kingston we want to see some actions from you

u notice they don't say anything about Family class.....just parents and grandparents and the Federal skilled program........hoping this comes over to our division too!

that is so true chickie.......every time i here Jason Kenny talk about immigration he is always talking about federal skill program like that is the only way to get people to canada...He never mention anything about the sponsorship program at all.....he is making it more easy for skill workers but not for spousal sponsorship at all...If you look at it from our point of view he is making it more harder for spousal sponsorship...that is what i think...family should be first in this situation but they only care about building canada with workers and when the workers get there..they get under pay for there profession...most of the degrees that ppl obtain from there country do mean a darn thing in canada from what im seeing...you still have to go back to school for the same stuff that you already know.....that is my take on things

Good morning everyone. Come on Kingston you got some work to do! We have 4 passports that gotta come back to spouses.....Tintin, KeKe, tyldim, his_wife.......send them off to DHL so their hubbys can come home for Easter! You got 1 interview date to set for Maddants and his wife so they can be together for the summertime and you have a whole lot of others waiting for you to request their passport. I agree with you chickie. My hubby is a welder and we realize that his qualifications in JA won't be worth much here in Canada without being certified here. It is great that Mr. Kenny is pushing for skilled trades people. I think that it would be great if he can increase the amount of IO in Kingston so that our spouses that are ready and willing to work gets through in a timely manner. I know that Immigration Canada mandate is to reunite families.

We have young, healthy and skilled trades people on this forum who are just waiting to get the opportunity to work. Maybe they should ask someone who has been through or going throug the immigration process for their input!

Congratulations in advance to the people who are going to get the call for PPR call and to those who will have their passports stamped and in hand.
