@ Ready - no hubby didn't received his shiny stuff as yet. Today makes it 2 weeks since hubbu dropped off his passport, so we are waiting to see what's in store for us.

I HAVE A QUESTION FOR EVERYONE....

OK. HERE IT GOES. MY CURRENT APPLICATION IS ACTUALLY MY SECOND APPLICATION. MY FIRST APPLICATION WAS CANCELLED BY MY WIFE DUE TO A MAJOR BREAK DOWN IN OUR MARRIAGE BACK IN 2011. AFTER REALIZING HER BIG MISTAKE SHE WROTE SEVERAL EMAILS TO KINGSTON EXPLAINING TO THEM THAT SHE HAD MADE A BIG MISTAKE BY CANCELING HER HUSBAND APPLICATION AND BEGGED THEM TO RESUME THE PROCESS... THEY REPLY BY SAYING THAT SHE WILL HAVE TO SUBMIT A NEW APPLICATION. (MY FIRST APPLICATION WAS PAYED FOR IN FULL MEANING THE APPLICATION FEE AND THE RPRF) WHEN SHE CANCEL MY FIRST APPLICATION A REFUND OF THE RPRF WAS PROMISED TO MY WIFE BY CIC WHICH SHE DIDN'T RECEIVE. ANYWAY WE MANAGED TO WORK THINGS OUT AND 4 MONTHS LATER SHE RESUBMITTED MY SECOND APPLICATION BUT THIS TIME AROUND SHE DID NOT PAY THE RPRF.

MY QUESTION IS THIS: BASED ON THE FACT THAT MY WIFE DID NOT RECEIVE THE RPRF REFUND, WOULD THEY RE-ALLOCATE THE REFUND TO MY SECOND APPLICATION OR DO WE HAVE THE PAY THE RPRF AGAIN ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

I would suggest having your wife call CIC - Mississauga and explain it to them. Hopefully they can work some magic on their end and update your current file as having paid the RPRF already.

Hold on Keeks, it's coming...they have it that's the most important thing so you know it's days away at the most and you're just passing the two week mark so really it shouldn't be much longer.

yes i sure do agree with you sis on that one.......my wife just paid ours before christmas and she email a copy to kingston and sent the receit to cic office plus email them aswel with it...they got everything and when she call them to make sure they got it.they told her it would take 2 weeks to update the system and then they would send a fax down to kingston to let them know that the fee is paid......so i just hope that they have everything set and dont tell me that she have to pay anything more..lol
