KGN requested our oringinal registered marriage certificate and Husbands oringinal Birth certificate. He sent in the request for 1 week service we are going on 3rd week of waiting?.

Help what should I do?

@ Ananda dnt use Douglas if u can! I did medical twice, 1 with her which I swear was lost lol! Second time I used another doc, on Dome Street, Mobay Clinic and I kept calling to find out when was the batch going to Kingston

Kym, here are some email addresses I got from dealing with RGD. I don't know, maybe one of these persons will try to assist you. neil.bembridge@rgd.gov.jm or monique.lynquee@rgd.gov.jm. Explain the situation and ask them for assistance, maybe you will get some help or be directed to someone who can help you.

@ MrsLwsn... Did u see Medical Received on ecas? Just concerned and hope that the Doc in Mobay is not holding up my husbands application. Currently my application is in process on ecas. Mi a dead 4 them to call my hubby.

Yes, my ecas showed med received as soon as I got approved as sponsor.

Yes my girl, I am holding faith for you too, because ecas is unreliable so just because mine show doesnt mean yours isnt there. Our medicals were done last October as well. Oct. 26th to be exact. I just dont truss that Dr. in Mobay.....

Basha, I've never seen anything about my medicals on eCAS, so no worries about it. Unreliable and inconsistent, those are the things to remember about that "service".

I'm so mad right now. We have been waiting and nobody can't even tell us how long we will be waiting. 30 days will be gone next week since we got our passport request.

I never thought KGN would be waiting for us now.

Just very frustrated.

another girl who applied in august still doesnt have meds recd and so she phoned her MP who was able to verify with CIC that in fact her meds were recd... so I guess it depend on the IO...
