We got a little snow here in Calgary, but it was perfect snow big- white and fluffy flakes...and sure didnt stick around much.

If anyone's Birthday is on the 29'th of this Month West Jet is celebrating their 16th Birthday and offering $16 flights within Canada!!

hey everyone my husband informed me yesterday that his mailing and current address was changed to mine. so i just went to look this morning and sure enough thats what it says how would this happen and should i get it changed???? will this affect us??help im lost!!!!

its just frustrating cuz we want to get our meds redone but havent heard anything yet!! and my husband is stubborn (typical jamaican man) and thinks its all my fault why things happen when i have no control over it!! lol but thank u lady's i know i talked to my mp in dec about everything coming to me soo she sent me info and we decieded not to change it and then my hubby looked lately and his addressed had changed to mine so i talk to my mp and she said she was talkin to kingston about it and said maybe they change it cuz she said something and with out the form signed!!!

I have been reading on other threads and this has been happening with people who have been approved and gotten PPR! They update the system with the address of the sponsor because this is where they are expecting the applicant to go. Tell him to keep the phone close and if he has a postie, he should keep an eye out for something soon! This is good news! Don't lose hope, you are heading for the last lap!

danielle902, think of this application as being the equivalent of writing your final exam in med school and one mistake determining whether you'll be a podiatrist or a heat surgeon..lol . But, on a serious note, make sure between you and your spouse you've included the most accurate information, to the best of your knowledge. You are going to have multiple iterations of your application until it is just right.

OK...so now that I'm one step closer, it's normal to get nervous....not a bad nervous, more like a giddy nervous!! I just pray it's smooth sailing from here.

So proud of my daughter passed her second round of Exam's at her new job written %100 and online %90, she's doing Great!! Her starting wage was $19.50 with a Raise after her 11 week training! sorry I sound like a bragging mother.... :-[

Hope everyone has a great weekend!! I've never really looked forward to Monday's but ever since I filed, I look forward to every new week!! Charlie your turn soon come!! I feel it ;D

that maybe the case but we need to redo meds yet too im still torren if we should just do it or wait for the letter??

Suki - No idea where my head was! Man, I fell down on the job there! ???

LWU - With that update, your hubby's med re-do is probably in the mail already. Remember this is Jamaica Post you're dealing with, so it might take 2 weeks or more for him to get the letter. As I recall it took jahlove about the same time to get hers, and she lived in the Kingston metro area! Make sure hubby sets aside the money for it from now, he doesn't want to get caught flat-footed and have to wait even more time after receiving the letter because he has not budgeted for it yet!
