Canada Visitor Visa Applications.
Applied on 9th June 2024 as group applicants.
Received the Biometric for primary applicant next day 10th June 2024.
For Secondary dependent applicant still no biometric request.

Same situation.

June 1 - Submitted online application
June 3 - IRCC confirmed the application and updated status to Processing
June 4 - Biometric Request letter
June 5 - Submitted Biometrics and IRCC portal confirmed it on the the same day
June 11 - Passport Request

I submitted a group application on 16 June for myself, my wife and kids. Still under processing and no update on Biometrics.

Not sure about PPRs but processing time is increasing. Currently it’s 44 days for processing time for visitor visa from India

Anyone who applied from India got PPR recently?

I applied for Visitor visa a couple of days back from India. I mentioned that I am applying from US as I will be back in the US in the next few days. I applied on June 16th and I still see the application stuck at background check. Is this because they are seeing in the system that I have left US? When can I expect them to process my application? Should I apply again once I reach US?
