I just got the PPR request today.

June 1 - Submitted online application
June 3 - IRCC confirmed the application and updated status to Processing
June 4 - Biometric Request letter
June 5 - Submitted Biometrics and IRCC portal confirmed it on the the same day
June 11 - Passport Request

Have anyone missed to submit (online) their visa photo like i did today ? lol
Does any of you think that im getting straight away denied or they will ask for it additionaly?Any experience ?

I have also noted the same thing. I believe the photo upload is not required anymore like it used to be in the past. I assume they'll use the same photo taken at the time of biometric.
