From what I've all read, no.. they won't send you an email, it will appear in your mailbox like 'surprise!'.
Its something anyone would fear on here.

Based on current applications from previous months you should get SA, MR and BR in either September or October unless they speed it up even more

I got another email on June 4 that looks more like AOR1, that's after the email asking for Option C, so i'd say don't worry so much yours is coming
