Finally got my test invite e-mail on Nov 3rd. Took the test today and passed. How does one find out about what their local office is?

The e-mail sent to me was from: DN Cit SCR Scheduling / Convocation SCR Cit RN

What is the average window from Test to Oath? I've come across someone saying 3 months. Is that a reasonable answer?

If you check the 2020 apps tracker, you will notice that majority of them fall in the 3 to 5 months range from test completion date to oath ceremony date. The CIC has standards and accountability to maintain therefore they are doing their best given the current circumstances and it makes no sense for them to be holding up apps for no good reason.

Then would you say if I received my test invite from IRCC.DNVANBCISTESTS-EXAMENSBCISVANRN.IRCC <DNVANBCISTESTS@cic.gc.ca> that my processing office is Vancouver?
Yes, it looks like it!

It greatly varies from person to person, and I assume it also varies from office to office. Your best bet is to compare with other timelines. But 3-6 months sounds about right for a lot of cases.
