Hello
I have sent the applications for me & my family on Aug 09 by Fedex & the package scheduled to be delivered on Aug 11th but till today the tracking is showing me "Pending" with no expected time for delivery. When I called Fedex they are giving me contradicting feedback & I start to got the sense that they lost may package. Any one have hear about such a situation before? & should I start preparing a new applications?
Thanks
Fedex should be reliable. For me i sent under express hence went next day in Feb and another one in May. No issues.
Tomorrow contact them once they open and if you are not receiving right update online/response from them then ask that guy to connect to his/her supervisor and ask them to give you update you with correction location and its delivery estimate.

I doubt that there is any weather situation currently hence it should be clear to delivery without delay.

Hi,
Please add my details to the tracking spreadsheet, thanks.

Location (city): Toronto
App type (single): 1 Person
Physical presence days: 1230
App sent date: June 8, 2020
App delivered date: June 9, 2020

No further updates on the App yet.

One of the march applicant has his application returned in August.Somehow they are already working on March applications????

I noticed it but how is this possible ??? Jan and Feb still waiting for AORs then they already jumped to March ??????
Maybe there are less applicants who actually applied during off-time and that's why they are already at March 10th.

If he got his application back yesterday, assume it takes about 1-2 weeks for them to send the application back, it means that they already dispatched his application back by July end.

Thank you for your reply. I have been following up with Fedex & they are not confirming that the package is lost they are just not sure why it is still at the final destination sort facility and not moving. They said that they opened an investigation that can take up to 10 days to reach a result!

In this scenario, I would suggest you start preparing the same application with new dates for your physical presence calculator and new signature date for an application form. The rest of the documents should be the same.

I am afraid to prepare a new copy of the applications, send it out & then Fedex deliver the old one which can cause confusion for IRCC.

I'd say hold off for a couple of days and keep tracking it online. I experienced something similar with CanadaPost. It was saying "date pending" after the expected date passed. A couple of days later, it has become "delivered".

If it persists, I'd contact Fedex again and/or IRCC, and as last resort prepare a new package.

Hey guys I was just reading about someone who got their application returned because of unacceptable language proof.
I sent a colored photocopy of my diploma (reduced to letter size 8.5 x 11). Do you think that would be sufficient?

Yes, copy should be fine...size doesn't matter for IRCC.

diploma, certificate or transcripts from a secondary or post-secondary education program in Canada or abroad, where the language of study was English or French. As long as it's readable you should be fine.
