I got an answer to my Webforms awarning IRCC that It's my 28 months ( Customer Care grouped all my requests and answered with the pre-canned answer:

I am sure that I never send any documents to them besides the application files between waiting for 28 months. so it is ridiculous!

It is weird. I just received oath invitation email today but no update in the tracker...

Use the new tracker link (link in signature). They stopped redirecting the old link last week
Hello Everyone, My application was received on 2 June 2020, AOR 7 Oct 2020, they said to start processing my application on Dec 15, 2020, but nothing after that not even a test request. any suggestions or advice I already asked the local MP and contact the minister's office, same reply your background check is in process.
