It's unbelievable how some people are getting processed earlier even though they gave test later while others are still in DM in progress. Is there any process in place or are we just left in the dust?

If I’m not mistaken, there are 2019 applicants still waiting. But yeah, it seems the latter applications tend to be preferred to be processed. My biggest concern is travelling outside Canada since my pr card’s expired.

I always say June 2020 is cursed month. Spoke with CSR this afternoon and she would start by saying the time is 27 months now, so you still have time till September and i was like “shocked “ and then i asked if she would tell me the status of my application and she would say” I can’t tell” they will tell you if they need fingerprints and i was like, “ in last two years they never asked for fingerprints and its decision made and she is saying they might ask for fingerprints instead of telling me when this oath is gonna happen! surprised.

I haven't even gotten DM yet! My friend applied for citizenship in Dec 2021, got AOR in Jan 2022 and got his citizenship certificate in mail today. He had an update every month.
