Please update! My tracker says Citizenship Ceremony scheduled for April 21. Yay!
June 2020, Montreal office and I’m still waiting for my citizenship test.. I’ve talked to my mp twice , requested Atip notes at least 5 times, sent webforms, reached out to the call center, launched a complaint, emailed the immigration minister, emailed the convocation emails, nothing has worked.
Any suggestion on what to do next ?

I am in the exact same situation. I know for a fact that my application has been sent for extended security screening which does not really have any estimated processing time. Same thing happened to my PR application and like you I tried many things without success. I had to wait x2 the normal processing time. I think we just have to wait and cannot really do anything at this point (assuming your application also is sent out to National Security and Intelligence Agency).

Thanks for your insights.. how do you know if your application was sent to the National Security and Intelligence agency? Is this something I can check on my ATIP notes ?
You can request your notes under Privacy Act not from CIC but National Security and Intelligence Agency. I did and received a letter that because the screening is still in progress, they cannot provide me with my notes! I have been doing that every months since January and it's still in progress.

@sumitbajaj07 , Did you get any update in your application? Also did you get chance to check with local MP? Mine is still same state and I reached out to local MP 3 times and no update from them either, they are telling same as what I am getting in my GCMS not.
Also one strange update in my GCMS note is application on "June 2020 Inventory Shelf", does anyone have any idea on it?
