My AOR is June 1. Everything is passed since November 27. Final decision is pending. I am losing my mind now. IRCC sucks. What is it called express when the process is sluggish!!!!
If you just let them know in the comments that she is Canadian that should be enough I believe. Is anyone able to help me with my unusual situation here? @legalfalcon ? Losing sleep that I'm going to screw up my application.
Thanks for responding. What do you mean by the comments? As in raise a webform? Or is there somewhere on the online portal to add a comment? If you just let them know in the comments that she is Canadian that should be enough I believe.
Did you get any further update? I am also in the same situation and not sure what would be the next step.Got my application approved 2 days ago (literally right after 7 months of processing).
Only CoPR number is updated on the profile, no email notification, and documents awaited.
Here's my timeline:
Hoping you all will get updates soon!
- CEC Inland
- AOR: June 18
- Medical passed: August 4
- Bio given: Nov 30
- Called agent and was told that everything passed on Dec 4
- Approved: Jan 18
- VO Ottawa
I remember when I file my application, I have to mention all family members. For my case, I have My baby borne in Canada so Canadian, but I listed that he is not companioning us to avoid paying the PR Fees. In the Application there was place to mention reason for not companioning, I just said he is Canadian Citizen. Thanks for responding. What do you mean by the comments? As in raise a webform? I'm still waiting for the CoPR letter in the portal. I believe it'll tell us all next steps on the letter. Also called the IRCC about when will I get the CoPR letter - they mentioned that it's usually 2 days to a week, so I'm gonna check again next week. The agent also looked into my application and told me that the office has started the PR card process, so I guess the letter & instructions will come soon?Did you get any further update? Thanks in advance for your response.
Thank you for your quick response. Another 7 days wait will not be a long where we have waited for more than 7 months. Hope will see the CoPR letters soon in our mailbox. Also for the PR card process, I think they do need the pictures and confirmation for the inland applicants.I'm still waiting for the CoPR letter in the portal. I did the same thing. Wrote a Letter of Explanation (LoE) to explain the situation. But somewhere in the application it asked for all of my common law partner's previous addresses up to and including her current address. But now she's moved back to Canada from the UK where I am currently living whilst I wait for my PR application to (hopefully) be approved. So I'm concerned that this part of the application is technically not accurate anymore and I'm wondering how I should go about fixing that.I remember when I file my application, I have to mention all family members. OK.. In this case, I think web forum is the solution. Just submit one with LOE that showed the new status. It is easy process and it will not hurt if it was not required.I did the same thing. If you go to this link:Does anyone have an estimate of what percentage of applicants with AOR in June got COPR so far? I don't know how much longer do we still need to wait
Thank you, this is very helpful! If you go to this link:

213 people that applied in June tracked their cases on that website. And out of those 213, there are 65 that have reported that they got approved. So that's just over 30%. It's probably fairly accurate because it's a fairly large sample size so I'd say somewhere in the ball park of 30% is realistic.
