*JUNE 2019* INLAND Spousal Sponsorship

Hello, I have applied on 17th June, 2019 for PR+OWP for my wife. We have not received AOR yet, her visitor expires within 3 weeks, and I'm applying for the extension of visitor Visa.
My question is what reason should I write in the form for extension? If I write the truth that we're waiting for processing of OWP and PR application, will they reject the extension application?
Answer to this question will make many things clear for us.

2- NO, you need to wait for.your real application number, the temporary one is before they open it and check if everything is alright.

3- Yes you can try but you have to wait for your AOR or Real application number not the temporary one to be sure your application will not be returned.
4-You go to temporary residence, work permit and extensions and complete all your data to link your OWP.

For linking OWP what are the details you provided? I tried with Application number, Family name and passport. However, getting an error that Application number does not match the category I selected.

Anyone able to link their OWP to CIC profile ?

The application number that you are using, it's not the same one as the PR number right? Because they are two totally different applications.

Try linking it using Last Name, First Name and Birth date...

If you applied in June, it's still early and maybe they haven't entered the OWP app yet.

Application number is different for each application,. I used UCI number, last name and passport details.

So below are the details that i entered.

The Category is ' Temporary Residence' and Subcategory is 'Work permit and extension'.
Used Passport details, UCI of Primary applicant and family name.
Type of work permit 'Open'.
Country of current residence - Canada
Situation applying to the applicant - Applied for PR as spouse or common law partner in Canada.

Still it did not work.
 
Hello! Received my AOR over 2 weeks ago and still cant link the application.. i have tried every possible combination.. what could it be..?

Just received AOR by email. My application was received on 17th June, 2019.

I have also applied for OWP, but haven't received anything yet regarding that. Can anyone please advise me over what happens to OWP application now?
 
Hi everyone,

I sent my application for PR+OWP
Sent via fedex: June 14th/19
Received by CIC: June 17/19
AOR: July 26/19

My wife (sponsor) receive the email confirmation for my PR but I have not received anything in regards PR Nor OWP, Does anybody know if they send the Aor separetaly?

He does not have to fill the additional dependants (imm008EP) as he does not have any children.
He has to fill the family information form IMM5406) if his parents/siblings are deceased. Not sure what he would have to input If he never had any known parents/siblings. However as you are applying inland, I assume at one point he did fill similar form to this on ( family information form - IMM 5707)when applying for a visitor visa, It would be the same information.

I suggest you go through the complete guide, basic guide and checklist thoroughly to help you understand what is needed on the forms and also make sure you do not miss anything out. Make use of the forum as much as you can. If you can get someone to help you (like an immigration lawyer).
