If you're not Canadian citizen or permanent resident then you can't get them without a representative who must be one of these. They are never free but if you doing it through representative then it will cost you more.From where we can get GCMS notes for free.please send me the link

Back when that ecas was working mine was In Process and later my gcms confirmed that mines still in cio. So dont rely on itThe below link is something you should check if not already.

CIO,Sydney office is just the first step where only Eligibility is reviewed and Processed.After they approve eligibility,application will be passed to a Visa Office for additional review of Eligibility(Medicals,Criminality its all identified at this stage.
This scares me assuming my case is in CIO,Sydney office and just at the first step of review Maybe more months to wait for Sydney Nova Scotia applicants
