It took me a month to get PR card. Landed on January 19, 2021 and profile was updated on February 18, 2021 and a week later received PR card in mail box.

When you link your PR card application to your account it's in submitted status which changed to approved. I was also notified through email.

Thank you. They did not ask anything apart from CoPR and address where PR card has to be posted. Officer told me to follow quarantine rules but did not check any documents. I have not taken any roaming plan. A friend dropped me to place of quarantine. Good luck.

Well, I got it done from Bathinda, Punjab. It doesn't matter where you give sample it will eventually go to their central lab. Both labs are ICMR approved.
