AOR: June 4 After that there has been no update. Medical result is still under review. Its been 5 months. Called CIC twice got the same reply, there is still some time left on the processing period. Has there been a case like mine?

I applied for PR under CEC in june 2019. And ircc website shows that the processing time is 6 months and i will have the decision by dec 2019. Its been 4 months since I applied and my medical exam results haven't been updated. It still says its being reviewed. Is this normal? If there was any...
