Once your visa is issued, your status will change to Approved.
Mine hasn't changed yet and I probably won't get my paspsort back for the next 14 days at least.
Ps: is it your background check status on yhe profile that's showing "at the IRCC office for processing"?

You will also get a letter in your account saying among other things that the visa has been affixed to your passport along with the COPR (They call it CPR by the way).

This will probably happen the day after your application is set to Approved.

She suggested her to be in India till delivery and asked her to travel post the delivery. She had undergone IVF treatment for pregnancy. But not sure whether doctor advised not to travel just because of the word IVF..!!

IVF alone is not a reason to avoid travel. Unless they have previously mentioned that she is high risk for early delivery then you should get a second opinion. Most airlines allow women pregnant with one baby to travel up to 32 weeks without a note, and some up to 36 weeks with a letter from your doctor.
