IVF alone is not a reason to avoid travel. Unless they have previously mentioned that she is high risk for early delivery then you should get a second opinion. Most airlines allow women pregnant with one baby to travel up to 32 weeks without a note, and some up to 36 weeks with a letter from your doctor.
I hope there'll be good news this week. We need the excitement that PPR announcements bring.
