Brand new week starting tomorrow, hopefully some names will be off from @macaly7 's list by Friday 18th. Fingercrossed.

Yeah let's hope a number of people on that list see some progress starting tomorrow. It's a much longer list than I think we would have realized without compiling it.

I hope many of you are going with the idea of raising CSEs at the same time. I think even if there is 0.1% chance that it may work, it is a chance worth taking.

You probably got an automated response right after raising the CSE and now they are officially acknowledging the reception and forwarding of your document. I’m guessing you raised that CSE about 2-3 weeks ago.

Edit: nvm didn’t pay attention to the date on the name of the document but it’s a bit similar to the timeline from when I raised one with documents included, from july 25th to august 12th considering they are presenting delays everywhere nowadays.

Regarding the date of the interview, this is what is written in the document:


“If you cannot attend this interview and/or have pre-booked travels outside of Canada in

the 90-days following your final determination for permanent residence interview, please

e-mail WST-Landing-Enquiries@cic.gc.ca or call the IRCC Call Centre at 1-888-242-2100.”


With respect the passport and other documents:


"Please bring the following original documents to your interview:

 A valid passport, identity or travel document; if you were previously advised that you

are exempt from the travel document requirement, bring other documents establishing

your identity.

 Important: If for any reason you are not in possession of valid identity/travel

documents at the time of the appointment, you must advise this office PRIOR to

the appointment date.


 Two photographs of yourself and for each person in your family that is being processed

for permanent residence inside Canada.

I just don't get why they are asking for 90 days after interview - are they going to process passports so long? I thought it is straight away -you are coming and receiving your PR cards??

Most airlines allow women pregnant with one baby to travel up to 32 weeks without a note, and some up to 36 weeks with a letter from your doctor.

It is true. My 35 weeks pregnant wife and I traveled on a long haul trip and the crew only asked for the letter from the doctor which we had with us. Beyond 36 weeks, many airlines, including Fly Emirates, will refuse to take you.

Wow, this is a big list.
As I posted earlier I don't trust if the agents said that security is not started. They might not see it in the notes.
But, I am pretty sure that it has not started for many of you. I wonder if it is another glitch like all those cases that were approved but they didn't send PPR and then people found NDVO as a loophole.
But don't worry guys at least you know your security has not started, which is much better than being under SS. I am pretty sure that as soon as they start, your security won't take that long and within a couple of days they pass your security and hopefully PPR follows

I think the people are more afraid that what if after 7 months of processing they think of processing security and decide to put it in Enhanced SS. There might not be any reason to believe so but as many people have said that reasons a file landing in Enhanced SS is not completely known. Lack of clarity does bring in skepticism.
But anyways, Hope everyone has a good week this time around.

I think the people are more afraid that what if after 7 months of processing they think of processing security and decide to put it in Enhanced SS. While I don't believe your campaign will amount to anything, I salute your courage. Please let us know how it turns out. The community will forever remember you guys as heros in this battle.

How about putting this at the end your message for urgency purpose?
