Asking a question on progress of our application is a NEUTRAL attitude. Nobody get in queu for straight 40 minutes to be rude with them. Tbh we need to encourage people here rather than making them more anxious of every one in IRCC.

Its best to be neutral, patient and polite with the agents as they can put in negative remarks to case officer on their remarks section which can cause unnecessary delay..
yes asiv , thats y i played dumb and didnt say a word, she kind of was telling me off for calling before six months hv lapsed, which i kind of agree that i shudnt hv, but she cud hv said the same in a polite manner, but i hv to say, towards the end she did say dont wry until ur full six months have passed.

I'm not sure what's happening with my application. Quite some changes this week.

A quick update on my timeline:
AOR: June 2
Medical passed: June 13
ADR (PCC): June 14
IP2 (think I skipped IP1): July 10
Ghost Update: October 12 (I think)
ADR reviewed: October 17
Back to ADR being reviewed : October 18
Profile updated / ADR "not needed": October 19

Such a rollercoaster this week!
Hopefully your golden email will be next. My ADR is still under review.

What is really checked during ip2? Do they check only criminality and security or do they verify all the documents submitted again (work experience, funds, etc)? Is it possible than an application is rejected at this stage after being a long time in ip1?

There is no such thing as IP1/IP2. Order your GCMS notes to know exact status.

What is security check and what do they do in that? If in Criminality they check your PCC and criminality background then what do they do in security?

Hello, my timeline is as follows :-

AOR: 15th June
Meds Passed+IP1: 30th June
IP2: 16th Oct
VO: Ottawa
Stream: FSW-O
CRS: 441
Residence/Nationality: India

Ordered first set of GCMS Notes on 13th Oct.

Would it be too optimistic to expect the PPR Mail within 5-7 days?

If its Ottawa you can expect in next week. But its not a certainty but Ottawa definitely increases the odds
