Friends, I received PPR on Oct 22 & sent the passports to Ottawa VO next day and delivered on 26 Oct. What is the Turn-around time for getting passport back from Ottawa visa office? What has been the recent trend? I would really appreciate if someone could guide me & share their experience...

Call IRCC @ 1-888-242-2100. you need to wait min 35mins or more to connect to an agent...(if you are lucky)
