Yup,we are also still waiting.got a request for some additional information in September,havnt heard anything since then.my Medicals expired at the start of january and emailed them twice to inquire what to do and they never emailed back.

We requested our notes last week,but have a feeling they will be identical to the notes we ordered in November.
 
Did your November notes say anything?
 
Just curious what to expect, this is my first time ordering notes. We were hoping to have DM by now.

They were pretty hard to get your head around,but from what I could tell,they were happy with everything,had been over everything and were satisfied that it was a genuine relationship etc.

Seems like everything was done,but it just needed to be approved.its probably sitting in a pile with everyone else's who's still waiting right now.

Keep us posted if you hear anything. We submitted our additional info last week. This whole slow down is getting so frustrating now.

Tell me about it, I've seen a fair amount of movement in December applicants. So I'm assuming they shoved all our apps to the side to catch up on newer ones when they asked us for extra info and such.
It would be nice if they would get back to our applications now.
I'm ready to start my life and stop waiting! :(
 
Just checked and December applicants are pretty busy right now getting their SA so I would say that is where the hold up is... It would be nice to know when they will get back to our applications however, especially seeming that 90% of us are literally just waiting on approval and they are done with the rest of our application.
 
I know,it's so frustrating...I check my status online everyday,and there's always that hope when filling in all the information they ask being "you know..i could have decision made today....",then you sign in and just see "application received"..it's almost like its mocking you!so sick of going through that everyday.


Has anyone had any contact from ottawa recently?as I said,I tried emailing them about my Medicals expiring twice and had no awnser.i am thinking about writing a letter and faxing it to them today.maybe that might work?

Do I need to apply for a PR card after landing, or are they just going to send it to me? Do you know how that works?


Good luck to everyone else still waiting, I can't believe Ottawa and London are taking this long! Do you think it's because of Express Entry?

Hi!

My husband landed in Toronto on January 17th and they automatically applied for his PR card at the airport. We called CIC the other day to check on the status as we haven't received it yet. They told us it was approved and they will be sending it out soon. So, you should receive it in the mail soon! Call CIC if you want to check on the status. Good luck!

Great day to land congratulations to you both. I landed in Toronto on the same day 28 years ago.

To all my CPC-Ottawa friends:

My husband's application status changed to In Process on February 16, 2015 so at least there is some progress. Hopefully it's GOOD progress!
