JUNE 2014 OUTLAND applicants

Hi everyone, i'm a June applicant Family Sponsorship.
3 June 2014 application revived,Med's done 15 of May 2014, 29 July SA received and file transfer to Paris ( since we live in Spain that is our VO )
On 7 of August we received an email from Paris saying this :

Dear Applicant:
We are pleased to inform you that the processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is nearly complete.
- please complete and return the attached form by Email.
Yours truly,

CANADIAN EMBASSY
IMMIGRATION SECTION
35 AVENUE MONTAIGNE
75008 PARIS
FRANCE


The form is IMM5562
I send it several times since their mailbox was to full to receive any message, finally i could send it and i send it thru normal mail so i can be shore that it gets there and they don't loose it.
We didn't got any response back and the Ecas is saying Application Received ( medicals received ).
I hope VO Paris is fast and we get Decision Made sometime soon.
I just thought to share this with you.
Can you add me to the spreadsheet ?

Hi,

I too am a June applicant (CIC received it June 26) and I was approved as a sponsor August 19 (my VO is Paris).

When I entered my email address on my application I inversed two letters, therefore never got the confirmation email (I had to call and they confirmed my approval). They told me it might take up to four weeks for them to resend an email with the confirmation.

Normally it wouldn’t be a big deal to wait, but I’m in Quebec therefore (from what I understand) I have to send my CIC approval to the MICC for a certificat de sélection du Québec. Does anyone know if this mistake will stall the process. I was under the impression that I had to fill out the MICC forms (which I have already done) and attach the CIC sponsor approval with the package and wait for MICC’s approval. Which would definitely stall the process.

However on CAS it seems to imply that CIC will inform MICC that I have been approved and MICC will send the documents to me to fill out and it is my duty to return them completed. Which would not stall the process since MICC has not contacted me.

So which is it ? Does MICC send me the documents, or do I print and send them along with my CIC approval ? I was hoping the instructions would be on the CIC confirmation letter, but since i have not received it, I cannot be sure.

Meanwhile is my file on it’s way to Paris, or will it only be sent once MICC issues a CSQ ?

Thanks so much guys … and for those of you in the process of applying, triple verify that your email is well written, it’s a stupid mistake that can cost you - if this forum had a "bash my head against the wall" emoticon - this is where I would use it!

Its frustrating that it has been 58 days for my application but cic call agents are not gonna tell me anything cause they are working on june 26 and i am june 27. So lame..

Looking at the spreadsheet, announcements of SA are likely to be scarce from now on for our June group. Applications received on the last day of the month have already received SA. We can only hope the remaining applications are not delayed to much longer before they receive their approval.

Received our SA this morning! I am so excited and let a little sigh of relief escape me! lol I'm also happy to say my application was sent off to Ottawa so that is also a good sign they got it right! Please update spreadsheet when you get the chance!!

;D Hello all!! the spread sheet is looking great! I think most of us got our SA's and if we haven't yet I'm sure it will be any day now, have faith and keep your head up.

Does anyone know how I can find out if my file was transfered to Havana VO? when will I know if they have started working on it.... I think I feel more helpless now than before

So for those that have SA, have you got Application Received under your Principal Applicant or do people have Being processed?
Is the Application Received a sign of AOR2 or when it is changed to Being processed?
