Good morning all!!
I have a general questions and hoping you could shed some light.
I recently received my SA and super happy, might I add.
Prior to receiving my SA my mother had hoped to invite my husband (Cuba) to Canada to celebrate a family wedding in October. She called the CIC and they said it would not affect the paperwork because 'one doesnt have to do with the other' NOW... here is my delema, someone told me - seen as how our file is on the way to the Canadian Embassy its best we do not do an Invite as it might look poorly on us both.
I do not want to do anything that might pro-long this process or affect us in any way... but I'd love some input form other who are in similar situations with Spouses from other countries that cannot freely visit.
I would love nothing more to be able to go to this wedding with my husband by my side, but I dont want to slow the PR process....
Please help. I am torn.
