Me too...I contacted the "Call Centre" today and they wouldn't tell me anything other than my application was received on June 11th and that it's in processing (I had thought it was rec'd June 10th, so I've updated the spreadsheet). The website still says that they are working on application received "as of June 4th" so technically although I've been waiting 56 days, according to the agent, they won't give me any information yet. Need to hear something soon for my own sanity's sake!! I'm sure many of you feel the same!!

this is correct

it depends on the visa office. some require every page, some require just the bio data page. Most of the recent applicants have only needed to send in the bio page. it is less common to send in every page.

it is confirm the information is still the same and the passport is still valid. ie: married wife changes name mid-process or passport will expire soon

yes, to the applicant (assuming an email was provided).
