I called yesterday and got a stupid agent. I told him about DM on ecas and he was only telling me , wait wait and wait. He said, VO will contact you soon. He didn't even ask my UCI to pull my file. He told me You should respect VO if they need time. We don't have access in your file. He also told me may be you have first stage approval. He was not helpful at all. I know he was a liar but couldn't tell him anything as I am a victim :o

@thankyou Yes I had the same experience today. Agent wasn't helpful at all. He told me to callback only if processing time is crossed. Frustrating period :'(. Not sure how long we have to wait.

Completed 12 month today (app rcvd June 11, 2014). Processing period is showing as 13 months in CIC site. Seems like I need to wait one more month to reach out to MP for any help.

This is so frustarting... CIC, we just pissed off, please realize your mistake.

Agree. My application has 40 days left to reach 13 months.

I am just wondering what if the average processing time changes to 15 months when we reach 13 months and changes to 17 months when we reach 15 months.... Sorry, I am a mathematician and the function doesn't converge. Just kidding.

That's my exact worry. The next quarter will be probably updated on 1 July, and if the timescale increases, none of us June applicants will be able to get any info over the phone.
