Yes, I think you can just email them to ottawa office.

Did you mention anything about your duties within the company?

You also can ask senior member (jes_ON) for their opinion for your case before sending anything to Ottawa

I think you can send any document with any time to CIC upfront to fulfill their requirement. But please follow GCMS notes what they exact requirement ......

Hi guys,

Thanks for the comments.
This is what I attached to my original application:

1. Employer Reference (declaring the right NOC number, salary,dates and duties matching the NOC duties)
2. Copies of T4 for 2013 and Paystubs for 2014

On schedule "IMM5669E - Background Declaration" I included only my education background (Political Science) and my work experience (Front Office Clerk) which is not related directly to my current position as business development officer. I think this is why my application is going for a 2nd review and maybe because I didn't have the T4 for 2014 when I applied.

I am debating whether I should send them additional information supporting-verifying the NOC and my position declared now or wait for them to request something. Maybe I should send the T4 for 2014 together with some extra documents from my employer. He is supporting me 100% on anything I may request.

Apply notes if possible for you, otherwise just wait because if anyone get MR early it is not mean they passed in other section like eligibility, security, criminality...wait..wait...
