My sister submitted her PGWP on September 18 and received a confirmation on the same day. She just received another confirmation submission today (just different date on the letter). Anyone has same experience?

Did IRCC response? Did you seek help from your local MP? My sister is in the same situation where her workplace asked to provide additional letter. The information on IRCC website is too general and they did not accept it. She submitted web form in beginning of December but no response so far.
