This is what I attached to my original application:
1. Employer Reference (declaring the right NOC number, salary,dates and duties matching the NOC duties)
2. Copies of T4 for 2013 and Paystubs for 2014
On schedule "IMM5669E - Background Declaration" I included only my education background (Political Science) and my work experience (Front Office Clerk) which is not related directly to my current position as business development officer. I think this is why my application is going for a 2nd review and maybe because I didn't have the T4 for 2014 when I applied.
I am debating whether I should send them additional information supporting-verifying the NOC and my position declared now or wait for them to request something. Maybe I should send the T4 for 2014 together with some extra documents from my employer. He is supporting me 100% on anything I may request.
