I don't see any consistent activities happening for May monthend applicants. I am just wondering how are you expecting some update will happen for June applicants this week.

I would suggest, send an email to cic as soon as you complete 13 months processing period. As someone suggested on the other day, its is good if everyone follow the same format while sending the email so that (hope) cic can whiff that some issue with June applicants and not with each individuals.

I send email yesterday reagarding my file status and I got automated reply in few minutes...and after 9 hrs. I got reply fom CIC ottawa that my file is in queue. No addition doc. required. please keep patient.

Same reply as other...nothing new till end of almost 13 months....three time GCMS notes......no change.

could you please share where exactly you sent the email i.e email address.

I am send email to CPC-CTD_Ottawa @cic.gc.ca
with my file number ,UCI number name and date of birth
following that I write about my current status of file.

You got reply from them in 9 hrs.
sometimes it takes like 2 -3 weeks for a reply!

Just curious if anyone has asked CIC the question why priority is give to July applicants, either via phone or email? If not, maybe we should do it and see what their wonderful explanation would be.

Since then I have heard only Document request as 2014 PROOF OF INCOME from you in Feb. 13th 2015. Thanks for sharing PP62.
The rest of us should start sending similar emails in the upcoming days as due dates arrive. If you like, also ask in the email why most June applicants are ignored and priority is given to July applicants. We do not expect any satisfying answer from them but mean to raise their attention about this unfair issue, if a good number of us could do it that will be great.

hey guys i have a question..

i am about to do UPFRONT medicals on july4th..
when doctors upload my medical results, do they assign me a medical number (IME)??
If yes, what happens if on july7th, CIC send me an email for medicals with a IME number assigned to me?
can this be resolved by just telling CIC that i did upfront medicals.. or telling the doctors to update my results with IME given to me.. etc.

just wondering if its safe to do upfront medicals at this time..
i dont want to have to repeat medicals because they are expensive...
