Just in case someone else is in this situation. They did not ask me for Originals of CELPIP or school transcripts. i think they tell you to bring originals just in case there was something wrong with your application and they needed further proof from the originals.

Not sure what you mean but the dates are correct. I got the email AOR - March 12, 2018. And the online status was - "Application Received" on March 13, 2018.

The way i understood it is - 4 years from the day you are applying. So if you are applying today - Feb 12, 2018, the period would be: - Feb12, 2014 - Feb 12, 2018. -> have you been in a country(other than canada) for more than 183 days within that period? - if yes then you need police certificate.
