Hi cecbear, yes I've seen this before and even contacted the embassy in Washington. Since I'm not in the US I have to contact the Saudi embassy in Ottawa who very conveniently directed me to the Washington website.Upon further calling and emailing they told me they stopped providing police clearance 2 years ago. I have this in an email. All these emails were organized and sent to immigration but according to them they never got it.cecbear said:Have you tried contacting the Saudi embassy in Ottawa?

Thanks for the link yahoo7, I was part of this conversation in November. At the time I had just got the PCC request. I started a separate thread where I finally discussed and sent an email that consolidated responses from all embassies showing that it wasn't possible t get it and 'toink' also sent a similar email successfully. However ofcourse mine had to get missed, what goes right with CIC after all.yahoo7 said:Check this thread if it is helpful.

Hi ,gaurav1182 said:Hello All,
I am working in Canada since last six month for one full time position for 40 hrs per week. As per CEC website, full time work experience should have atleast 30 work hrs per week. Considering that will i be eligible to apply under CEC earlier than 12 months? e.g 52 X 30 = 1560/40 = 39 weeks. I will appreciate if anyone of you can help me with it.
Thanks,
Gaurav

Agree. It's "at least 12 months" AND "at least 30 hours per week", so you need to meet both requirement.jj_rana said:It's min 1 yr and in that 1 yr u need to work those many hours. Stil, refer to the link provided in the previous post.

Congrats baraasafaa ... You are really lucky enough that the officer spend extra 10 mins time before sticking to the decision of rejection.. someone was really praying for you at that time..baraasafaa said:so guys, finally got my GCMS request back.
Apparently, I was originally rejected and 10 minutes after the officer found that he made an error.
it was originally rejected because I have applied under management and my IELTS score does not meet the minimum of the class 0 category so they rejected it however he realized that I meet the language req again and he consider it again for processing.
They were ready to issue me the refusal letter but then they realized its an error.
So yay.
Back to processing.
However, online status still says DECISION MADE
