was jut wondering as your took a bit longer -was your application spouse only or with dependent children as well ?

Form A-0520? Part 2 is the exact same thing as in the sponsor's form, so the same thing applies. Then on page 3, once she reads the declaration of common values of Quebec society, she signs and dates the first line and any other secondary applicants (people accomanying her, if that is true of your case) sign the line(s) below. Ditto for page 4, but she adds the city and country (fields above signature lines) she is presently in when reading and signing. On page 3 she signs off that she acknowledges Quebec values and agrees to live by them, including knowing French. On page 4, she signs off that she acknowledges she undertands the "nature and scope of the undertaking" and that she has provided truthful information.

Thank you ddobro2, it will make my life easier now. The waiting is just to start now, at least on the right track on the 1st step.

very happy to see things moving along for people - I hope Beijing gets moving on our file quickly so we don't have to stay in their country much longer. I think it would be much nicer to be waiting for visa approval in a country like France or Australia or almost anywhere else on the planet than China. : ....I mean, I'm grateful to be able to be here to get our visa processed, but I could think of much more enjoyable places to spend these months.
