Visa office has 98% rejected my application, simply because I changed my job to one in list of in demand jobs, saying you are not genuine! which I am objecting through my lawyer with all my supporting documents. Let's see. I may be able to provide them with full explanation by mid December.

I have another friend with SW2 who has given his explanations more than 3 or 4 months now and still no reply from CHC London. He applied in 2010. I hope everybody gets rid of this backlog which is awful. Speedy process is good for everybody, even if it means some get refused once in a while. Because at least we can apply again with corrections, etc.

if this is the case i just updated my new job , my new company is media related and from accountant to Video graphic coordinator which is totally different than my education and proffesion but thats what i wan a do all the time and finally got it !! i updated my new docs two weeks ago and am expecting corrospondence soon! and my case is with AEO !
btw my elder brother got same letter they thought his experience is not genuine! but he proved it by sending add docs, from defrent departments and proffessors than after a month he got his ppr and he is now in canada, just don't loose hope!!

@rko...can u plz elaborate upon ur brothers case...had he done his medicals when he updated the VO of his new job,,,?or was it all before he got the MR..

well my bro did his medical than they call him for interview , in the interview he updated his new job! VO got surprized ! After that he got last chance to prove if his new job is genioun seccuscully he did ...

sorry for my late reply, well officer said in the day of the interview it just random routine quality check!
but they found a fault in the interview ( new experience without notifying VO) ... if ur waiting ur ppr don't worry soon or later ppr on the way just matter of time ... good luck

Dear Ali, finally they asked the passports to be sent to Islamabad HC yesterday. I am sending them today for the issuance of visas.
The copies I was refering to was of the current passports. We cannot send our passports to London as this is not allowed by the Gov of Pakistan. Hence they ask for copies of passports on which visas would be issued. Hope that clarifies.

I geusss now LVO is working on pre june 2010 cases......my many friend receiving medicals but all of them are pre june.......

My application has moved into the final stage of processing. I finally got my PPR today after about 18 months.
