Visa office has given another one month for submission. They have objected my education, as my college is not listed and also experience.
As you guys said God works in mysterious ways. Allah is Kareem. I believe in His Fair treatment and He only knows what is good for us.
I do not agree now its turn for Pre June. In my opinion they are sweeping all the applications as much as possible, especially now the minister has pushed the acceptance of new applications to June 1st!!! First they said Jan 1st but now I see they will announce the detail on Jan 1st, but intake will be June 1st. They are really working hard to make the system efficiency. The new pointing system and highlights (emphasis) are really good for Canadian society.
Again, I do think as per my experience, the immigration officers are not ACCURATE and careful in the minus way. it means they doubt every thing and they evaluate every point. It is like we are guilty unless we prove the opposite. This on the top of their carelessness. They do not really consider some people spent all their life planning for immigrating or their whole their life's plan depends on this immigration.
My friend with SW2 got decision made before any medical, so it means he is rejected. He is devastated. His employer has closed the shop because the building is under renovation for the last 2 years and now I think CIC does not accept his AEO! We are waiting for his GCMS to see the detail. The representative is not cooperating also. He was waiting from 2008-9. Poor guy
